These t-shirts and totes are DTG and are printed on demand SPECIFICALLY for you when you make your purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please select your size very carefully according to the charts. We do not keep inventory to make exchanges unless there is a problem. You may make an exchange if your purchase is misprinted/damaged/defective (see below). All sales are final.
*Please note that the shirts are printed with a special solution and you may notice a scent upon opening the package. It will disappear after the first wash.
Care instructions
Printed apparel (DTG, direct-to-garment)
- We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly
- Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items
- DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.
- When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Timing
Estimated printing/shipping times:
When you make a purchase, there are 2 processes, Fulfillment and Shipping. Standard fulfillment usually takes between 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping can range from 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
International shipping fees (+ import duties/custom fees)
We can ship internationally; however, every country has a different custom policy. You may incur import duties or other custom fees in addition to your shipping fees. This fee is your responsibility. 9 odesigns is not responsible for these additional fees.
Return policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Before returning any items, please email us and send a photo of the damaged shirt, along with your order number and we will provide instructions on next steps. The item must be unworn and unwashed for a refund. We will refund/or exchange the damaged item within 30 days of the shipment date.
